By using Pairly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Service Description

Pairly helps couples discover date ideas, match together, plan experiences, and build shared memories.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans are available.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play settings.

4. User Responsibilities

Use the app respectfully.
Do not misuse the services or attempt unauthorized access.
Follow the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding belong to Intellimatic. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Intellimatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pairly.
